Mulligan Public House at 5 Dolores SE of Ocean, Carmel, California.

Great beer selection and location. You get 2 stars for existing. Young female staff was very rude to my fiancee who stood at the bar for over 5 minutes without service. Multiple bartenders stood around chatting with one another not helping customers and ignoring her. Eventually I managed to order a beer. Had to repeat my order numerous times for a beer in draft. Ditzy, disinterested and I'm never going back. Too bad, like I said cool location and beer selection.

Food was excellent even more so for a bar. Seems to a "local". A good sign. Service and selection for spirits really good.
